It was Dragon Boat Festival this week.
Dragon Boat Festival is usually sung as the memorial of the good-officials, such as Wut Yun (Mandarin: Qu Yuan), in Hong Kong.
In different areas of the East, such as Korea and Vietnam, there are different origins and names of the Dragon Boat Festival, hence quite a several kinds of rice dumplings due to local cultures.
In Hong Kong, the most common kind is the Salty Sticky Rice Dumpling with a nice fatty pork in the middle.
